Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping within Canada

Standard Shipping: FREE

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Express Shipping: $20 CAD

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@candelacanada.ca. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and include your order number and photos when applicable.
